Ceramic Strip Heaters
Specifications
Flat-shaped heaters are made on the basis of ceramic insulating blocks, through which a resistive wire passes. Thanks to ceramic insulating elements, the heating temperature of such heating elements reaches maximum values up to 500°C. Ceramic flat insulators have several sizes, thanks to which it is possible to manufacture heating elements of complex shapes and sizes. The heater is equipped with a stable metal housing and a heat-resistant wire for connecting to the mains.

Description
Flat heaters with a ceramic insulator are designed according to the size of the client, and can have complex shapes: M-shaped, venerable, consist of several blocks, while connecting into a single heating system. We manufacture the heater flat in complex shape, with through holes, built -in thermocouple and several types of conclusions for convenient operation and connection.
The scope of flat heaters is diverse: molds, TPA, flat sections of extruders, etc.
Ceramic flat heater have an operating temperature 500°C, with a specific power of 6 W/cm². A flat ceramic heater has a contact method of energy transmission, therefore, provide a complete contact of the heater with a heated surface.
You can order the manufacture of a flat heating element with a ceramic insulator on the site or by e -mail. The specialists of our company will help you choose the optimal type of device, quickly calculate the cost and provide a drawing of the product for familiarization. Electric gingers specializes in the production of industrial heating plants in individual sizes.

Installation
When installing and operating metal heaters, it is worth remembering:
- A sufficient and uniform removal of thermal energy from the heater should be provided so that in the process it does not heat up over 400 °C. Otherwise, it can overheat and fail. This is achieved using clamping devices or mounting pasta.
- Also, the heated surface should be correct, without shells and protrusions, with the smallest roughness.
- The heater is leaky and cannot work in humid environments, however, the metal case provides sufficient protection with a slight moisture or plastic hit on its surface.
