Flat metal heaters with a micanite insulator are a device operating on the basis of a heating element in the form of a resistive wire. Flat ceramic heaters are made to order and have individual dimensions. The design of a ceramic heater consists of the following elements: a heating resistor wire, ceramic insulator blocks, a protective metal casing, an electrical outlet.

Flat heaters are unique in that they can completely repeat the shape of the heated object. They are used in industrial heating for casting molds, molds, adhesive plants and pipes.
