Quartz infrared heaters

The QP series quartz emitters are one type of infrared heaters that emit medium-length infrared waves. This type of emitter, unlike quartz panels, is manufactured with standard sizes and capacities. The main advantage of quartz emitters is that they are released within 30 seconds of their activation. Due to rapid response, these emitters should be used primarily in repetitive or frequently interrupted business cycles. On the other hand, due to the short heating time, the QP emitters allow for significant energy savings.

The emitters operate in the medium-wave wavelength range from 1.0 to 10.0 μm, so they emit light during operation. The size of the radiating surface is 247×62 mm. Such emitters are characterized by a quick yield to the temperature regime with a maximum power of up to 1000 W.

QP1\2 quartz infrared emitters are a unit of tubular infrared emitters in a special reflector. The emitters operate in the medium-wave wavelength range from 1.0 to 10.0 μm, so they emit light during operation. The size of the radiating surface is 125х62 mm. Production of quartz radiators
The heating elements, which consist of quartz heaters, produced by the company “Intmax Group” are hollow tubes of quartz, in which the heating wire is placed. This wire from the French manufacturer RESCAL, with excellent quality and high resistance. This nychrome wire is curled in a spiral with uniform winding, the power of the radiator depends on the frequency of winding.

The body of the heaters is made of stainless metal, which has the property of reflecting infrared rays, so the infrared radiation from the heater will be directed in one direction.

Application Scope of Quartz Radiators
Nichrome wire-based quartz heaters are used in industrial processes that require rapid response of the heating element on and off. These processes are either often interrupted or cyclical. Mainly quartz emitters are used for processing plastic material in vacuum forming or thermoforming, in infrared drying devices, grills, soldering stations.
