Ceramic infrared heaters ECH
Description
Ceramic infrared (thermal) emitters ECH1, ECH2, ECH3, ECH4 and ECHW are RESCAL rheostatic wires, filled with ceramic refractory material of high mechanical density, which is covered with ceramic glaze. Such emitters are resistant to most chemicals, moisture and harmful fumes. Thermal radiators of the ECH type differ from ECPs in a hermetically filled air space (air cushion) inside the radiator. The air cushion acts as a thermal insulation layer. This increases the surface temperature of the radiators at the same power as the ECP radiators. The temperature at the power connection point and the speed of reaching the temperature regime also decrease. These design features make it possible to save energy not only by choosing a less powerful radiator, but also by heating the radiator surface to the required temperature. In addition, we offer the ECHW heat emitter with an extended base. This modification of the ESN radiator increases the effect of heat reflection from the rear wall of the radiator and further reduces the temperature at the power connection point. Heat emitters ECH are equipped with mounting brackets made of stainless steel. Ceramic radiators can be manufactured with built-in thermocouple type “K” (NiCr-NiAl).
