Quartz infrared heaters QP-1/2
Description
The QP-1/2 Quartz Infrared Heater is a unit of tubular infrared radiators in a special reflector. Radiators work in the medium wave range, so during operation they emit light. Such emitters are characterized by a quick access to temperature.
The heating element of this type is produced by the company “Intmax Group” on request. The heating element has the following characteristics:
Max heater power: 500 W
Power supply voltage: 220 V
Dimensions: 125 x 62 mm
Description
QP-1/2 quartz emitters are made of tubes made of quartz glass with resistive spiral inside, in a body made of stainless sheet mirror” steel with fastening and electrical wires insulated with ceramic beads as in the drawings. We also offer QP-1/2 with K” (NiCR-NiAl) thermocouples measuring the surface temperature of the quartz emitter (tube).
In addition to technological applications, due to the small warming time, they create an opportunity for great energy savings. The segmental stacking options /a variety of sizes/ allow the large surfaces of heating furnaces to be adapted to heat smaller surfaces, and thus better to use large machines for small applications. This type of emitter allows more complete control of the temperature of the heated material on a smaller surface and create a reaction (when applying temperature control) in a shorter time.
