Electric heating element for water
Description
The heating element blocks are designed for heating liquids and gases of large volume. To save the number of seating or fixing places in heating large tanks, i.e. cisterns, tanks, vessels, use blocks of heating elements. The uniqueness of flange heaters is that they can be used under high pressure as well as in flow heating.
Description
The design of the heating element block consists of individual tubular heaters of different diameters. The heating element can consist of 1 – 3 heating elements, which are fixed by soldering or welding. The finished tube heaters are assembled together and connected in a terminal box.
Powerful blocks of heating elements are most often used in heating:
- gas;
- oil;
- water;
- circulating water in heating systems;
- steam and steam production;
- bitumen;
- oil;
- acid;
- alkali;
- air and air media.
Heaters block is made of tubular heaters, which are made of stainless steel, carbon steel, copper. Intmax manufactures flanged heaters to order, also you can additionally specify the type of output and the presence of a temperature control sensor.
